Facelift

These facelift patients have generously offered to share their photos with other people who are interested in having facelift surgery. Due to variations in each patients' desires, anatomy, previous surgeries, healing rates, and the surgical technique used, individual results will vary.

Facelift (Necklift) Patient 1

50 year old female presented with evidence of significant facial skin sun damage (photoaging), neck skin laxity, jowling, upper eyelid skin laxity with brow sag (ptosis). She required extensive head and neck cosmetic surgery consisting of a level II facelift, brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and total facial CO₂ laser skin resurfacing in a one stage procedure.

Facelift (Necklift) Patient 2

67 year old female presented for correction of neck laxity with a poorly defined jawline as well as upper and lower lip laugh lines. Patient demonstrated remarkable facial aesthetic improvement with a facelift procedure and perioral ultrapulsed CO₂ laser treatment.

Facelift (Necklift) Patient 3

62 year old female presented for correction of jowling, improvement of neckline, and elimination of anterior neck "bands" (platysmal muscle bands). She underwent her second facelift procedure ten years after the initial necklift. A level II facelift with correction of platysmal banding was performed.

Facelift Patient 4

55 year old Caucasian female underwent composite facelift with brow lift to correct neck skin laxity, prominent neck platysmal muscle bands, and forehead/eyebrow ptosis (i.e. sag). Five month post-operative photographs.
