39 year old Caucasian female post three term pregnancies presented with breast volume loss, bresat volume asymmetry, and breast sag (ptosis). She underwent a bilateral mastopexy (breast uplift), bilateral subpectoral breast augmentation using Inamed style #468 Anatomical saline implants (230-240cc). As per patient request, a one size bra increase allowed the patient to be a full 34C bra cup size.

47 year old Caucasian female post three term pregnancies had a two size decrease in breast volume after breast feeding. In addition, breast sag (ptosis) was also noted. The patient required a combined subpectoral breast augmentation using Inamed style #110 textured silicone gel implants (300 cc) and a mastopexy (breast uplift) operation. She had regained her pre-pregnancy breast volume and contour.
